15 Secrets Floyd Mayweather's GFs Want Exposed
Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather isn't just worth millions - he's worth hundreds of millions. According to Forbes, his estimated net worth is $340 million. No wonder his nick name is “Money.”
And after his Aug. 26 match against fighter Conor McGregor, that will go even higher. Some estimates put his winnings from this fight, alone after it's all said and done at more than $200 million. Not bad for one night of boxing.
The dude has every sports and luxury car a modern man could want, thanks to his winning ways. And his other hobby seems to be women. Latin, Black, foreign, domestic, younger, older… just about any kind of lady a man can dream about has been his arm candy.
Not all of his dates have been famous. However, many became famous after stepping out with the undefeated boxer.
They range from famous singers older than him to young, very young, aspiring models. We're talking 19 years old to his 40. And that was recently.
Although there appears to be no complaints on record recently, for many years, he had trouble holding down his temper. He actually was charged with domestic violence by the mother of three of his fours kids and did serve a few months in the slammer for it.
The Grand Rapids, Michigan-native lives in Las Vegas, where he also trains. He does travel, but he likes staying home (who wouldn't want to stay in his massive mansion - 20,000 square feet with a garage filled with $15 million in cars), but he frequently flies his gal pals in from wherever they are, including Great Britain. By the way, his main pad in Las Vegas has its own Instagram and Twitter account - @bigboy mansion. He says of his home: “This mansion speaks because it was paid for in cash.”
But Floyd Mayweather is no angel, and we've got the 4-1-1 to prove it.
15 Josie Harris, Mother Of Three Of His Four Kids
Josie Harris probably had the longest relationship with Mayweather of them all. She had three children with him and they were on/off again for more than 12 years, starting way before he became super rich and successful. They were high school sweethearts. But it wasn't an easy path for the lovely Harris, as the relationship was filled with domestic violence. Mayweather allegedly beat her on at least six different occasions, including one incident where he allegedly dragged her out of her house by her hair and kicked and punched her. She called the cops, and this time Mayweather ended up spending 60 days of a 90-day sentence in jail. The boxing champ reportedly spends time with his children, even flying back into Vegas on his private jet to spend quality time with them, which from Harris includes two boys (Koraun and Zion) and a girl (Jirah).
14 Melissa Brim Part Of Early Two-Timing Days
While Mayweather's relationship with Harris was still going on, he was also dating another young woman by the name of Melissa Brim. She became pregnant with a daughter (Iyanna), his fourth child. According to USA Today, Mayweather got into an argument with Brim and it escalated to a physical altercation. The boxer allegedly punched her three times in the face. This is a champion boxer, so imagine the extent of one blow, let alone three. Mayweather was charged and plead guilty to domestic battery, but only received a suspended six-month jail sentence, community service and a fine. Brim and Harris even today often exchange words, which is ironic since he was the one double timing, not them. Sources say Brim and Mayweather would fight over child support. Go figure.
13 Women Get Punched For Being His GF's Friends
In 2003, Mayweather faced charges of battery for allegedly punching two of his baby mama's friends. Apparently, Herneatha McGill and Karra Blackburn got punched by Mayweather while they were at the Ra nightclub in Las Vegas. McGill told the Las Vegas Sun that she had no clue why Mayweather hit her, except that maybe it was because she was friends with Josie Harris, and that “Money,” as he likes to be called, didn't like her to have friends. Judge Deborah Lippis wasn't buying Mayweather's claim that the two women stole his friend's wallet. Lippis gave the boxer a suspended six-month prison sentence on each count and a $500 fine or 50 hours of community service for each count. Lippis said if Mayweather didn't complete “impulse control” counseling and stay out of trouble for a year, he would spend a year in prison.
12 Boxing Champ Needs Four Bodyguards
It doesn't usually make the news, but the world champion boxer rarely goes very far without his bodyguards in tow, all four of them. And these dudes are big, really big. Together, they weigh an estimated 1,470 pounds and no one is shorter than 6'3” tall. By the way, Mayweather is 5'8” tall. According to reports, Mayweather got concerned about his own safety when his business partners at the time suffered a beat down in 2003 at a boxing facility. It apparently was a bloody scene, as Top Rank's Bob Arum told reporters the area at the boxing gym where it happened was left quite bloody. As to Mayweather's bodyguards, all but one have “Big” names: they are Big A, Big Church, Big Pat and Jethro.
11 He Gets Away With One
Consistently, it seems Mayweather can't control his temper outside of the ring. Sometimes he's been called for it, while other times, he's gotten away with battering women. In 2005, Josie Harris took Mayweather to court for allegedly kicking and punching her, and pulling her hair. But when the case got to court, she recanted and he was found not guilty. It would be five years later, 2010, when she finally stood strong in court, and that was when he was found guilty and served two months in the slammer. Insiders suspect that Mayweather would more often than not pay off Harris, as she would drop the charges or fail to testify on numerous occasions. In the 2010 case, Mayweather's own son testified in writing on how his father abused his mother. Ouch!
10 It's Not Just Using His Fists
If you live in a home that Mayweather owns, perhaps it's best that you keep your mouth shut, even when your sports star landlord chokes your son. It was reported in numerous publications, including Sporting News, that Devion Cromwell, Brim's teenage son who was reportedly adopted by Mayweather, was hanging out with his friends at the house that he and Brim lived in when Mayweather showed up. According to the police report, Mayweather told Devion to get his friends out of the house. Devion replied: “You're not my father.” Mayweather didn't like that and allegedly put Devion in a chokehold. Although there were two other witnesses, Devion stopped talking to the police, despite family members hoping he'd press charges. “We are desperate for Devion to do what's right and bring Floyd to justice,” one relative of Cromwell said to The Mirror. “He controls our whole family through fear and money. It's only a matter of time before it happens again or, God forbid, anything worse.”
9 Keeping Underwear Company In Business
Insiders say the bulky and boisterous Mayweather feels he has to show that he has money. And one of the ways he does that that he considers exemplary is to never wear the same pair of underwear more than once. Yep, it's said that he will toss a pair of briefs - or boxers as the case may be - rather than toss them into a laundry bin or dry cleaning hamper. Rumor has it that he wears Hermes woven boxers. These things are quite expensive, costing as much as about $500 a pair. Do the math. If this insider report is true, Mayweather spends about $180,00 a year keeping his booty and other parts in fresh boxers. That's chump change to a cat that made $200 million in his last fight against Manny Pacquiao, which lasted less than an hour.
8 Loves His Crew, Except When It Comes To Flying
If you live in Vegas or visit there, it's likely you've seen some vehicles driving around that have the TMT logo on them. That stands for The Money Team, which is basically Mayweather's crew. His transportation is not limited to cars… he also owns a state of the art Gulfstream private jet. It's quite spacious, but Mayweather pretty much flies alone and charters another plane to carry his crew, which includes his hefty bodyguards. Why? Insiders say the champ is afraid the weight of his grew will drag his jet down and cause it to crash. This is according to an interview Mayweather did with Howard Stern, who also got him to admit his own dad beat him as a youngster.
7 He's A Bully
Mayweather likes to get his way, and quite often having millions of dollars at his disposal helps him have his way. And on occasion, the professionally trained fighter will use his physical prowess - and power - to exercise violence against someone opposing his will. And quite often in his past, those opposers have been women. On several instances, Mayweather has gotten physical with women, and worse, in front of his own children. One documented instant was with his son Kouran, who provided a written testimony as to how his own dad physically abused his mother (Josie Harris) right in front of him. And then there was the time Mayweather assaulted Melissa Brim in front of their daughter Ayanna. He is, in essence, a bully. And he should know better considering that he admitted once during an interview that his own father bullied him - and even harshly beat him - as a kid. It goes beyond that, though. A few years back, renowned boxing reporter Larry Merchant took a blast of name-calling from Mayweather during a broadcast when the famed announcer was trying to interview him. Merchant held his ground and actually said on the air: “I wish I was 50 years younger, I'd kick your ass.” Mayweather was stunned someone stood up to him and walked away.
6 He's A Very Jealous Man
When Mayweather and Josie Harris finally were off the radar as a couple, he still didn't like the idea of her being with someone else. At the time he was dating and actually living with Shantel “Miss” Jackson. Harris reportedly was awakened one night by Mayweather in her living room standing over her screaming at her about sleeping with a Chicago Bulls player… C.J. Watson. It was 5 a.m. in the morning. The kids were awakened, and as he kicked and punched their mother, an associate of Mayweather's blocked one of the kids from leaving the room to call the police. Eventually, the kid got out of the room and called the cops, even though Mayweather yelled that he would “beat his ass” if he called the police.
5 He's In Denial And He Greases The Wheel
Mayweather has never admitted to being a woman beater, despite being found guilty of domestic violence. He has refused to address it in interviews and actually says that if there are no pictures of the damage, then it didn't happen. He has this attitude, despite the fact that his own son made a statement to police on how he physically abused his mother by punching and kicking her. In addition, it's been reported by TheRichest.com that Mayweather has been able to “pay off” law enforcement in order to keep evidence of domestic abuse from getting to court as many times as it actually happened. The Richest site said in August 2015: “The complicity of Las Vegas allows him to dodge questions as well as he slips punches.”
4 He Knows How To Punish A Woman Psychologically
Mayweather was into Shantell “Miss” Jackson, so much so, that he moved her into his mansion in Las Vegas at one point. But like most of his relationships with women, the one with Jackson fell apart and she moved on. Mayweather, however, decided she must be punished, and since she was out of his physical reach, he used social media to get to her. He posted a photo of a sonogram that allegedly showed that Jackson was bearing twins, and they were from him and her. Along with the sonogram, Mayweather posted: “The real reason me and Shantel Christine Jackson @missjackson broke up was because she got a abortion, and I'm totally against killing babies. She killed our babies.” Jackson over time fired back and said Mayweather cheated on her, and she also revealed that he proposed marriage at one point and promised he'd get her into the movies… if she changed her attitude. She also said he threatened her and said he would release nude videos of her if she didn't do what he told her.
3 Like Father, Like Daughter
It seems Mayweather's oldest daughter, who is now 17, started following in her pop's footsteps two years ago. She got into a fight at school and someone recorded it, so it appears it was planned. No official word ever came out, but the word around Vegas was that at least one of Ayanna's classmates was jealous. Ayanna herself went on social media and declared herself the winner of the brawl, saying “I whooped her ass.” She also said there would be a Round 2, but nothing surfaced after that. However, this past June the teen got into a beef with up and coming boxer Shakur Stevenson, who won a silver medal in last year's Olympics. Allegedly, Mayweather said he was going to sign Stevenson, but that never materialized. For some reason, Stevenson and Ayanna got into it on Twitter, and at one point she referred to him as a wuss and a crybaby. He didn't take it well and called her a thot, as well as the “B” word.
2 He Can't Read Very Well!
For some reason, Mayweather and rapper 50 Cent have a beef. Whenever he gets a chance, he goes after Mayweather on social media. Well, imagine 50's delight when he found out that Mayweather has difficulty reading. He made fun of the boxer in a video clip that went viral. Mayweather decided to respond with a social media post that basically said, but “I got money.” 50 Cent said he would donate $750,000 to charity if Mayweather could successfully read just one page from a Harry Potter book. Mayweather had the last word, though, posting a picture of two checks on Instagram with the caption: Read this.” The checks were made out to Mayweather to the tune of about $72 million.
1 They Don't Call It Sin City For Nothing
If Elvis was King, well, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is the emperor of Las Vegas. The way he spends money is beyond any drug kingpin. He buys cars, owns multiple homes and doesn't hesitate to lavish expensive gifts on the ladies he engages, whether it's a Mercedes for singer Keyshia Cole or a sparkling piece of jewelry for TLC's Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas. And let's not forget the tax dollars his fights generate for the city. It's no wonder he's been indicted 29 times and only actually been convicted or found guilty maybe two, three times tops. The city knows its Golden Goose and it will do what it can to keep the golden eggs coming. That includes reportedly hiding evidence and refusing to take the volatile resident and boxing champ into custody, whether he violated the law or not. Mayweather is a HUGE draw to a city that wraps its arms around him, and he returns the love with revenue-generating action that could finance some state budgets. In fact, Mayweather has a secret hideaway pad that overlooks the strip at Palms Place, for which he paid $1.81 million. From there he can overlook the city that is pretty much his kingdom.
